Elsworth Associates will attempt to contact all the people referred to us by you and will carry-out an assessment to establish if they are likely to have a valid claim that meets our acceptance criteria. For every client from the above referrals that does meet our acceptance criteria we will post you a cheque for £100 within 14 days of their claim(s) being accepted.
